Education Expo

The Career and Counselling Cell (CCC) conducted two days “Education Expo: Careers in Arts, Sciences and Humanities” at the City Campus, Khajamalai, Bharathidasan University on 29^th and 30^th May, 2016. This Expo was aimed at providing a platform for students aiming to pursue higher education (UG, PG, M.Phil. and Ph.D.), to get awareness about courses in the Arts, Sciences and Humanities, and making careers in these fields. Various Colleges affiliated to Bharathidasan University  like  Jamal Mohamed College, M.I.E.T College of Arts & Science, Urumu Dhanalakshmi College, Christhu Raj College, Ideal Institute of Engineering, Aiman College of Arts & Science, Sri Saradha College for Women, Srinivasan College of Arts and Science, Nehru Memorial College, Annai College of Arts & Science, Marudupandiyar College, Swami Dayananda College of Arts & Science, Valluvar College of Science and Management, Subashakthi College of Arts and Science for Women, Mahatma Arts and Science College, Adhavan College of Arts & Science, participated in the Expo along with several University Departments and provided information about the various courses being offered by them and the admission process. 413 people participated and benefitted at the Expo. Several students availed Free Personal Counselling to plan / select their career path from Professional Counselors during the Expo. Parents of the students were very much interested in the counselling sessions and posed various kinds of questions to the Counselors.
